Follow these guidelines to find the fit that works best. Use a fabric tape
measure while taking your measurements, and be sure to wear little or no clothing.

Women
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, then dropping your
arms to your sides, take the measurement.
Waist
Measure your natural waistline at the belly button, keeping the tape comfortably
loose.
Low-Rise Waist
Wrap the tape 2 to 3 inches below your natural waistline, keeping the tape
comfortably loose.
Hip
Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest area of your
hips.
Inseam
Wearing appropriate shoes, measure the length from your crotch to the desired
pant length. Inseam measurements vary by style, so be sure to note them in
the item description.
Torso
Starting at the front part of your shoulder, run the tape down your back,
in between your legs and up over the fullest part of your chest, ending at
the starting point. 
Men
Neck
Measure around the middle of the neck at the Adam’s apple, leaving
enough space for your index finger to fit between the tape and neck for a
comfortable fit.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest area of your chest and shoulder blades,
then drop your arms to your sides to take an accurate measurement.
Sleeve
Place your hand on your hip, then bend your arm to a 90-degree angle. Measure
from the middle of the back of your neck, across your shoulder and down your
arm to your wrist.
Waist
Measure your natural waistline at the belly button, keeping the tape comfortably
loose.
Inseam
Wearing appropriate shoes, measure from your crotch to the desired pant
length. Inseam measurements vary by style, so be sure to note them in the
