Our “no sweat” return policy - 150 day online return/exchange policy:
Returns and exchanges are FREE when you use our prepaid return shipping label within 30 days. For items purchased directly from us – we are delighted to offer you our “No Sweat Return Policy.” We hope that you will love the garments that you have ordered. In case the item is not in the correct size, color or perhaps not quite the style you expected - we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any items returned to us within 30 days for a full refund or thereafter at any time within 120 days of purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All item(s) being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Inventory availability is determined upon receipt of item(s).
Please note: exchanges can only be done for the same item(s) in a different color and/or size.
To Return Or Exchange Merchandise By Mail, Please Do The Following:
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from mpgsport.com, either contact our customer service team or log into your MPG Sport account and visit the return portal to request a return authorization number (RA#) with instructions.

- Carefully fill in the details of your order on the form.
- Using the original packaging (if possible), package the items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
- Include the invoice (or copy of) that was originally shipped with your order.
- Mail the package to the USA Returns address located at the bottom of this page.
Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer after 30 days.
Final Sale / Clearance Merchandise:
All clearance (items 50% off or greater) sales are final
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on final sale/clearance merchandise. All sales are final, unless the item is defective. No Price adjustments are allowed on previously purchased products.

Affiliated Retailer Purchases: returns or exchanges from other affiliated retail stores carrying MPG product will not be accepted at mpgsport.com. This is at the sole discretion of the retailer.
IN THE EXCEPTION THAT YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
MPG will examine the returned item(s) upon receipt, contact you directly, and only then determine if a refund for shipping charges (on returned items only) will be issued. For any further inquiries regarding returning or exchanging an MPG item, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com.
MPG reserves the right to change or discontinue a discount, discount card, sale or promotion at any time, without prior notice. We do not honor discounts after a limited time sale or promotion has expired. If you have received notification of a sale or promotion, please carefully check the date of expiry. Furthermore, MPG does not retroactively provide refunds to customers who have previously purchased full priced items before a sale/promotion commences. (You cannot return a full priced item to receive a refund for the difference between regular and sale prices.)
Gift With Purchase
During any ‘Gift With Purchase’ promotion, the free item is yours to enjoy. However, if you decide to return any of your purchased items, you MUST return the ‘free gift’ as well, otherwise the full retail value of the ‘free gift’ will be deducted from your refund along with any associated return shipping charges.
Minimum Purchase Based Thresholds
If you received a discount based on a minimum order requirement (BOGO, $99 minimum etc.) and wish to return items resulting in your order value dropping below the minimum, your purchase will no longer qualify for the discount and the value of your credit/discount will be deducted from your refund.
